How do I find out if there are rooms available?

The reservation section of our website is designed to only show you the rooms we have available on the selected dates. If the hotel is fully booked on the dates you have chosen, no available rooms will be shown. You can try again with different dates or a different number of persons per room.

Use the booking module on the right to find out if there are rooms available at the desired dates and to book a room.

How do I find out the prices for the rooms?

To find out the prices that apply to the rooms in our hotel, you can enter the desired dates in our booking engine. The best available price will be indicated in the list of available rooms. You will guaranteed get the best price if you make a booking through our website!

Which extra costs will be charged?

Besides the price for the room and any extras such as breakfast or parking, a citytax is also charged. This tax is € 2.54 per person per night.

How many rooms and nights can I book online at once?

You can book multiple rooms simultaneously, if all the rooms are of the same type. If you would like to book more rooms of a different type or more nights, then you have to create a new reservation.

Until when can I make an online reservation?

You can at any time make a reservation over the Internet, even for the same day. If you make a reservation for the same evening after 18.00 hours, you have to check in before 22.00 hours!

What should I do to change or cancel my booking?

To change or cancel your reservation it is best to contact us by phone or email. Keep your reservation number handy.

What is your cancellation policy?

If canceled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later or in case of a non-refundable booking or if you do not show up (no-show), the total price of the reservation will be charged.

What is your booking policy?

On all reservations the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply.

Do I need a credit card to make an online reservation?

Yes, registering the number of your credit card is required to confirm your reservation via the Internet and to guarantee your booking.
To ensure reliability, all bank information is secured.

If you don't have a credit card, you can still make a reservation. Please contact us by phone or email.

Will the amount be charged on my credit card immediately?

Your credit card details are used to guarantee your booking for the entire night. The amount will not be charged immediately and you can pay for your stay when you arrive at the hotel, except in the case of a special notice in the tariff description and/or the booking conditions.

If you do not appear and the reservation is not canceled in time, you will be charged and the amount will be debited from your credit card.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash payment and payment by Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Does the hotel have a private parking and what are the fees?

If you arrive by car, you can make use of our nearby (closed) private parking (€ 18 per night). Because of the limited number of spaces we recommend you to reserve a parking space together with your booking. You can do that by email.
You can get the entrance key at the reception.

Paid parking on the street every day from 09.00 till 24.00 hours at € 2 per hour. At the parking meter, you can only pay by debit or credit card.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is open 7 days a week from 07.00 until 23.00 hours.

What time can I check-in and what time should I leave the room?

You may check in from 14:00 hours on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in is only possible if your room is already available. We cannot guarantee this. If your room is not available, you can leave your bags in our luggage room.

On the day of departure you have to leave your room before 11 am. Would you like to continue using the room? That is only possible, if you book an extra night, if available.

Who can I contact if I have a complaint?

Complaints about the room, breakfast, staff, or our service you should report immediately at the hotel. At that time we try to solve your complaint as good as possible.
